Volodymyr Labinskyy, MD, is board certified in vascular surgery with fifteen years of experience. He is also a registered physician in vascular interpretation with extensive experience in limb salvaging and wound care. Dr. Labinskyy graduated from medical school in the Ukraine and completed his residency at King’s County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York.
